Attracted to the most courageous, its effects increase the higher Bravery Skill of the wielder, with an A rank or higher it raises the skill's damage increase. Link's luck in increased by one rank and adds Divine Protection whenever his life is danger.

Master Sword
Title: Blade of Evil's Bane
Anti-Unit A++/Anti Magic/Anti-Evil
The ancient sword created by the Goddess Hylia for her chosen hero to slay the Demon King. Only Link can wield the blade and it will repel any the hand of any soul deemed insufficiently noble to touch it.
The sword is indestructible and repels any magic that touches and gives raises Link's magic resistance by one rank. The Master Sword deals additional damage to any evil being. The blade also functions as a mid-ranged weapon with its power to release beams in groups of three.

Hurricane Spin
Anti Army/Anti-Fortress A++
Link's signature attack with a sword. Spinning rapidity he cuts down everything within ten meters of him in whirlwind of gore that an outside observer would mistake for a tornado. The attack cuts through armor that could otherwise withstand the blade like paper.

Hylian Shield
Defense A
The shield Link was given by Hylia's servant the thunder dragon, from which almost all metal shields in Hyrule were copied. Any B grade or lower attack that strikes the shield is negated, unless the range of it is too great for the shield to block.

Red Mail
Defense B+
A suit of armor Link found in Ganon's tower in the Dark World, the only guess he ever had to its origin being that the Demon King let some other hero into his lair to amuse himself. Whatever the reason, Link's possession of it made the Demon King regret allowing it to fall into his hands. In addition to practical functions it also lowers the rank of any physical or magic attack used against Link.

The Hero's Bow
Anti-Unit B+
Link has used a bow almost as often as he has used a sword. How his bow looks changes as he rarely uses the same one. His aim with it is sufficient to split an object the size of a rope and fly too fast to be seen.

Arrows of Light
Anti-Unit EX
Link's most powerful weapon gifted with the light to slay evil and pierce any defense. No form of barrier or armor can stop the arrows and the force will rip through even the strongest armor and its user until it flies as far it can go. Repeated use will leave him exhausted.

Power Gauntlets
Support/Anti-Unit A+
Magic gauntlets of unknown origins, strangely often found in Ganon's domain, that are said to be able to move mountains, though none know if that's true as Link has never tried. He can however move almost anything else with them. When worn will upgrade Link's strength by two ranks, and release lightning

Medallions of the Sword
Anti-Fortress/Anti-Country A++
Three Medallions Link acquired that combine their own magic with that Master Sword. Using any of them consumes more mana than any other action he can preform and using them more than once a fight can leave him exhausted. While the Medallions can't hurt Link he has no control of anything else they damage including his Master, so he will only use them as a last resort because their destructive power.
Ether: Creates a wind storm that span an entire country.
Quake: Causes an earthquake that will split a mountain.
Bombos: Calls down a rain of fire that explodes when it strikes any object.

Pegasus Boots
Support B
A strange set of magic boots that keep finding their way into Link's possession. Are they same set or are their many? Nobody knows. All that is known is that wearing them increases Link
's agility by one rank.

Fierce Deity's Mask
Title: Wrath of the Kishin
Anti-World/Support EX

The strongest weapon Link has ever used, strangely appearing in his own image, but twisted into a more terrifying form. This is not a weapon of light like he typically wields, it is a force of darkness that all who gaze upon the form he takes when wearing it tremble with fear.
All of Link's physical parameters are increased by one rank akin to the Mad Enhancement and it grants a giant helix shaped blade. This blade fires beams dwarfing the Master Sword's in power and size. Holding nothing back allows the entire sword to generate a giant beam the size of which is limited only by the mana put into it. With enough power it can slice the very planet in half. Even if a target manages to survive the blade the darkness from mask seeps into wounds it creates away the victim.
The power has its cost, beyond the increased drain in mana. Living up to its name wearing the mask removes any mental inhibitions that hold back the wielder's rage, making him much harder to control which can easily put the Master in danger with Link's increased temper making him less likely to listen to order to take the mask off.

Master Background/Relation
Of all the experiments Yuuki Terumi conducted over the centuries, there is only one he regrets, the one that produced something he couldn't kill. In 14th century Scotland, he experimented ways of creating his personal army of Dead Apostles. Some met success, others failure, but above all else they suffered unbearable pain from his sorcery tampering with their bodies. One particular survived, a young girl named Evangeline, he saw had a unique innate power that could make her his ultimate weapon. When she refused to obey him, the evil sorcerer beat her and left her to a group of hunters who burned her at the stake.

Near death, an innate power over cold that had been amplified by becoming a Dead Apostle trigger, freezing the flame and her would be killers. Healing from her wounds, Evangeline resolved to grow stronger and exact revenge on him. Years later, she tracked him down. Terumi thought nothing of his former test subject, until she killed the rest of his Dead Apostles. He only barely escaped, and would not forget the wounds he sustained as frozen grasp of death nearly took him.

Evangeline delights in being able to live forever, but has never forgotten her grudge against her maker and long sought make him beg for death. Since then she further refined her skills in magic and unarmed combat. When she met him again, she wanted him to know he truly created a monster more terrible than himself.

The latter goal is hindered by the fact that underneath she a tormented girl whose lived hundreds of years alone. The society of Dead Apostles never interested her, and despite her claims of being a monster she could never bring herself to feed on and kill humans. She would not come to their aid against other Dead Apostles, and she since she was first turned she never harmed another human unless it was one who wished her harm, of which there have been many.

The vampire met the evil one more times over the centuries, but he was crafty, and always managed to escape death. Her most recent encounter with Terumi was nearly her last. By the time she met he had summoned his Servant, Ganondorf. Even with centuries to hone her skills, Evangeline was nothing next to a Servant, least of all the Demon King. Only a small stroke of fortune, a scarf she found earlier, summoned Ganondorf's nemesis Link.

While their Servants battled, she took the chance for revenge on Terumi and nearly froze him solid. Only the use of a Command Spell allowed the Demon King to escape with his Master and prevent his death.

Evangeline was grateful towards her Servant for saving him, but refused to show it. Drawn into the Iron Faction and the Holy Grail War, she now sees the struggle had much higher stakes. Of course the fate of the world means nothing to her, she only wants her revenge. Or so she claims, nobody believes her.

Much as she desires to win, Evangeline also grew attached to the Servant who saved her life, even though as a Servant, his time in the world is brief, far shorter than humans she has seen die flies. If she sees a chance to make him stay, when all is said and done, she will not think twice about turning on her former allies.

Or so she tells Link. Despite her claims he's noticed that she doesn't see the other Masters as the pawns she claims, but doesn't act on it to avoid alienating his Master when he needs her trust. Plus, seeing her facade seen through is far more entertaining for him

Designer Notes

While having a bunch of enhancements seems pretty broken at a glance using them all at once means there's more of a drain on the Master's mana, though admittedly the Master I picked means that's kinda moot. But I don't care because throwing Eva-chan on a team with Shirou and Rin would be hilarious.

Also for purposes here Evangeline did age biologically. It makes interactions less squicky.
Updated again: Because I want to make it more clear why Evangeline wants to kill Terumi, besides well, he's Terumi.
