I finally beat Xenoblade 3. I was overleveled so the final boss wasn't that difficult, though I appreciate the used of narrative in the fight as your attacks initially do almost no damage to Z, with it giving the feeling you are struggling to survive while he is barely trying. Z had so little presence in the game initially that at times I forgot he existed, but the game does nicely build up to him after you learn N's backstory. At the very least, Z is entertaining to watch and it is fun to see him break down as the fight goes against him, even when he separates your party. Nia and Melia joining in was also cool, all three generations are fighting this villain. A friend of mine who played the game said it is best to think of Moebius the organization as the main antagonists rather than Z as a singular villain, which fits since he is supposed to born of the idea of people being afraid to move on. While I beat the main game, I still have the post game areas I want to access, along with

This awful live service shooting game that is seems like nobody wanted to make with a story nobody was interested in does so one thing right. It makes it fun to watch our piece of shit main characters die and gives us some gameover quips.

This was hilarious and this event immediately happened after Jason died.

Death of the family is extremely overrated and dated and it's only remembered fondly because of the much better under the redhood movie cut all the stupid crap out from the comics

Though this version between Bruce and Jason conversation was hilarious

Don't you mean "Death In The Family." And how, I can see why nobody talks about that insanity that happened after Jason's death.

Yeah it's pure insanity and the movie wisely cut out all the stupid crap.

I love in the video how batman breaks down the stupid to Jason who is trying to comprehend all the nonsense with some of joker side comments.

The reason Batman didn't kill the joker in the comics is way stupider and the movie was wise cutting it.

As a Matter of fact post 52 the movie basically became the real version since the movie is just better especially cutting the stupid super boy prime recon punch instead making known batman villian who comes to life all the time the reason for Jason return with Ra Al Ghul feeling guilty for his part in Jason death and out of respect for his enemy brought his son back to life.

Speaking of nothing, I finished Kingdom Come. Comparing its Superman to his main universe counterpart when faced with the dilemma of The Elite, Kingdom Come Superman appears to have had his judgment clouded by Lois’ death.

It was a clever bait and switch to build up Magog as a big threat, but then we saw he was a man who was thrust into a role he wasn’t suited for and wasn’t ready to own up to that until he saw all the people who died because of him.

The fights could have done more to show how bad things were under the more violent superhumans but we did a feeling they weren’t as concerned about people getting hurt in the fight at the Statue of Liberty and Superman’s group had to keep people from getting killed.

I appreciate that Batman knew not to play ball with Luthor and double-crossed him, pointing out he’s following Luthor’s example. We saw Batman and Superman had drifted apart, but Batman was still Batman and it was sweet to see the two become friends again.

What a strange design arrangement.
